Maybe you can get a gig on local Channel 55. That is the channel I think that broadcast the Cougar Gameday shows?

I have seen their sports show…it is ok, but i think you could improve the lineup a bit with a legitamate Cougar show.

Murph was top notch. He took me under his wing straight out of college, introduced me to a lot of people and was a real mentor for me in journalism. Nothing against other writers but most don’t take time out to work one-on-one with aspiring writers. He will be sorely missed.

That’s weak. cut support staff, not actual contributors of good content to your failing and shoddy business model.

That being said, I have a feeling he will either land elsewhere, or start out on his own somehow. he still has good access to UH locker rooms and administration. Someone will pay for that.
